By accessing or using the Cozy app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Responsibilities

Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding the password that they use to access the service and for any activities or actions under their password.

Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old to access and use the Cozy app. Any use of the app by individuals under 13 is strictly prohibited and done at their own risk. Cozy disclaims all liability for such unauthorized use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and data created by users remain the property of the user. However, Cozy reserves the right to access user data for administrative or emergency purposes.

4. Privacy Policy

User data and privacy are protected. An account deletion system is in place to ensure complete erasure of user data upon request.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Model: Cozy offers a monthly subscription at $0.99, a yearly subscription at $9.99, and a lifetime purchase at $14.99.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Usage Guidelines

Limitations: Failure to adhere to guidelines may affect the app’s performance, for which Cozy is not liable.

7. Termination

Cozy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, such as hacking or attempts to access unauthorized data.

8. Amendments to Terms

Cozy may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Users will be notified of changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
