          The four habit types

Each one keeps habits its own way, and each has its own page.

          How your type is found

Each answer adds points to one of the four types, and the type with the most points is yours. Early bird or night owl is just for fun: it only shows on your result.

          QuestionPoints
          When a habit didn't stick 3
When you miss a day 2
How you start something new 2
What you want from a habit tracker 1 for each pick
Each line you say That's me to 1

A tie goes to the type your answer about the habit that didn't stick points to, when it is one of the tied.

Whatever your type, the same basics help: start small, give the habit a moment in your day, and be kind about missed days. More in how to build a habit and what to do when you miss a day.

Cozy asks you this when you set it up.

The same questions and the same four types. Your type stays in Settings with what helps you most, and now and then a reminder carries a line just for your type.

          Questions people ask

What are the four habit types?

Daydreamer, Sprinter, Perfectionist and Scorekeeper. Daydreamers forget, Sprinters fade after a strong start, Perfectionists stop after a missed day, and Scorekeepers need to see it add up.

How is my habit type worked out?

Each answer adds points to one type and the type with the most points wins. What happened when a habit didn't stick counts the most.

          Can my habit type change?

Yes. It's a picture of how you keep habits right now, not a label for life. Take the quiz again whenever you like.

Is this the same quiz as in the Cozy app?

Yes. Cozy asks these questions when you set it up, with the same scoring, and keeps your type in Settings.
