A printable monthly habit tracker in soft blue: a line for the month, 12 empty habit rows across 31 day boxes with a total at the end of each, and boxes for the month's goal and notes, with small hand-drawn stickers.

Print at actual size: the sheet has its own margins.

How to use it.

  1. Write the month at the top

Fill in the month, then the one thing you want from it in the goal box. A few words is enough.

  2. List your habits

Write one habit on each row. Start with three to five you can keep on a busy day, and leave the other rows for later in the month.

  3. Tick a box each day

Each row has a box for every day, 1 to 31. Tick it the moment you do the habit. On a day you skip on purpose, draw a small dot: it was a choice, not a slip.

  4. Count it up at the end

Write each habit's total in the last column. The full rows show what to keep, the empty ones what to make smaller next month.

Make it stick.

  • Fewer rows, more ticks

Five habits you keep beat twelve you forget. You can always add a row on the 15th.

  • Hang it where you get ready

A sheet you see every morning gets ticked. One in a drawer does not. Our guide on how to use a habit tracker has more on this.

  • A blank box is not a fail

Look at the whole row, not one day. If you miss one, see what to do when you miss a day: mostly, carry on.

Or let your phone keep it.

Cozy keeps the same month on your phone: tick a habit with one tap, get a reminder on its days, and watch its streak and calendar fill up.

Questions people ask.

How many habits should I track in a month?

Three to five is a good start. The sheet has 12 rows so you can add habits as the first ones get easy, not so you fill them all on day one.

What if the month has fewer than 31 days?

Leave the last boxes empty or cross them out. The sheet has no dates printed on it, so it works for any month.

What do I mark on a day I skip on purpose?

Draw a small dot in the box instead of a tick. It reminds you the day was a choice, like a rest day or a trip, and not a slip.

Can I use it in a planner or bullet journal?

Yes. Print it full size and fold it in, or scale it down in your printer settings: A4 printed at about 70% fits an A5 planner.
